Auction dates: Thursday, October 29, 2026, through Sunday, November 15, 2026.

SHIPPING ONLY — NO LOCAL PICKUP. All purchases must be shipped at the buyer’s expense.

Please read carefully before bidding. By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to these Shipping Terms & Conditions, together with the auction’s Timed Auction Terms & Conditions.

1. Buyer’s Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for all shipping, packing, handling, freight, insurance, and delivery costs. Shipping is not included in the hammer price or purchase invoice unless expressly stated in the individual lot listing.

Bidders with questions about shipping availability, costs, or requirements for a specific lot are strongly encouraged to contact us before bidding.

2. How Shipping Works

Shipping coordination and shipping invoicing are facilitated through Shipping Saint, our third-party shipping platform.

A separate shipping invoice will generally be issued within five (5) business days following the close of the auction.

Shipping charges include applicable carrier charges plus packing and handling fees based on the size, shape, weight, fragility, and special handling requirements of the contents.

Buyers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Property will not be released for shipment until the purchase invoice and separate shipping invoice have both been paid in full with cleared funds and the required shipping information has been provided.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Purchases will be shipped in time for Christmas, provided the buyer promptly pays both the purchase invoice and the separate shipping invoice in cleared funds and supplies the necessary shipping information. Shipping in time for Christmas refers to dispatch; a specific delivery date is not guaranteed. Carrier delays, service interruptions, and customs processing may affect arrival.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges include, as applicable:

• Carrier charges for UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight service.

• Packing materials and labor.

• Handling fees.

• Insurance.

• Custom packing, crating, or special handling charges.

Charges vary by lot and shipment. Because items differ in size, fragility, and packaging requirements, advance shipping estimates may not be available for every lot. Bidders who require an estimate are encouraged to contact us before bidding.

4. Oversized, Fragile & High-Value Items

Certain items may require custom packing, crating, special insurance, or third-party freight service, including but not limited to:

• Oversized or heavy items.

• Fragile items, including glass, ceramics, mirrors, and artwork.

• High-value items requiring special insurance or handling.

• Items subject to carrier restrictions or unsuitable for standard parcel shipping.

Additional packing, crating, insurance, or freight charges will apply where required. Please contact us before bidding to discuss shipping availability and estimated requirements for any lot that may fall into these categories.

Best Estate Services, Inc. reserves the right to require custom packing, crating, or alternative freight services for certain lots. All purchases must be shipped; no local pickup is available. Buyers are responsible for all associated costs.

5. Shipping Only — No Local Pickup

This auction is shipping only. No local pickup is available for any lot. All purchases must be shipped at the buyer’s expense.

6. Shipping Requirements; Storage & Unclaimed Property

Buyers must pay both the purchase invoice and the separate shipping invoice in full with cleared funds and provide complete shipping information no later than November 29, 2026, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Best Estate Services, Inc.

Items held because the buyer has not completed these requirements will incur storage charges beginning November 30, 2026, of:

$10.00 per lot, per day, regardless of size or value.

Storage charges will not apply to delays caused solely by Best Estate Services, Inc. or its shipping providers.

If payment or required shipping arrangements remain incomplete after the deadline, Best Estate Services, Inc. reserves the right to assess applicable storage charges, transfer the property to storage at the buyer’s risk and expense, cancel the sale, resell the property, or exercise other remedies permitted by law.

If these requirements remain incomplete thirty (30) days after the auction closes, Best Estate Services, Inc. may pursue remedies available under applicable law, subject to any required notice and procedures.

7. Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Shipping Saint facilitates shipping coordination and invoicing. Shipment tracking and carrier acceptance records, when available, document release of the property to the carrier or freight provider.

Best Estate Services, Inc. does not guarantee shipping rates, delivery times, or carrier performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Estate Services, Inc. shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, delays, missed delivery windows, carrier errors, or mishandling occurring after the property has been released to a carrier, freight provider, or other third-party shipper.

Claims for loss or damage must follow the applicable carrier’s or insurer’s requirements. Contact Best Estate Services, Inc. promptly so we can help identify the appropriate claim process and provide available shipment documentation.

8. International Shipping

Best Estate Services, Inc. does not guarantee the availability of international shipping for any lot. International bidders should contact us before bidding to confirm whether shipping to their destination is available.

International buyers are responsible for:

• All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees.

• Compliance with applicable import and export laws and regulations.

• Any restrictions on the import of specific items into their destination country.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Estate Services, Inc. shall not be liable for delays, confiscation, or additional charges arising from customs clearance or international transit.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

1. Document any visible damage immediately. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, packing materials, and affected items. Avoid further unpacking until the initial damage has been documented.

2. Retain all original packaging and contents. The carrier or insurer may require an inspection.

3. Notify Best Estate Services, Inc. promptly at hello@bestestateservices.com. Include your name, invoice number, affected lot numbers, tracking number, and photographs, if applicable.

4. Follow the applicable claim instructions and deadlines. Depending on the shipment and coverage, the claim may need to be submitted by the buyer, the shipper, or another authorized party.

Best Estate Services, Inc. will assist with available shipment documentation where possible but cannot guarantee claim approval, reimbursement, or the outcome of any carrier or insurance claim.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Estate Services, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping, packing, handling, transit, storage, or the acts or omissions of any third-party shipping provider or carrier.

The maximum liability of Best Estate Services, Inc. with respect to shipping of any lot shall not exceed the hammer price actually paid for that lot.
