Shipping Terms & Conditions
Buyers will be contacted by either Best Estate Services or our local shipping provider once packages are ready to be shipped out. There is no need to reach out unless there’s an issue with your order.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs, shipping information is not included in the purchase price of your item(s). Best Estate Services offers in-house packing and shipping, or will have UPS, USPS, or FedEx handle the shipping process at our own discretion. Buyers may also choose to arrange a local pick up, and can reach out via email at hello@bestestateservices.com to schedule one with Best Estate Services.
The packing and shipping process begins once the initial auction invoice has been paid by the winning bidder. Once packed, buyers will then either receive a separate invoice from Best Estate Services for shipping and handling costs, or a phone call from one of our local shipping providers, who will handle all shipping from that point on. Local pick ups are free and must be arranged beforehand with a representative.
All items must be picked up, or shipping arrangements made, within two weeks of the day of sale. NOTE: Items left here more than two weeks will incur storage fees at a rate of $10.00 per lot per day (this rate applies to all items regardless of size or value). Once the shipper has your items, please allow 5-7 business days for them to process and package your purchase. If payment for shipping has not yet been made, the shipper will contact you to arrange payment and then ship your items. Please note that full payment for your items must be received by Best Estate Services, Inc. before we will turn your item(s) over to the shipper. Remember that if you pay with a cashier’s check, your items will be given a release date of 10 days after your payment is deposited. This date is supplied to the shipper and they cannot ship your item(s) until after that date unless you provide Best Estate Services, Inc. with a copy of your bank statement showing that the check has cleared your account (we cannot check this from our bank).
